So, I go to the gym nearly everyday to loose weight. Ive got about 30 pounds or so to go. Ive lost 12 lbs already, in 2 months time. It’s been hard work that paid off fairly quickly. I’m cycling and doing upper body weights, as I can not mess with my injured lower back.
Anyways, I always start off at the sauna, and here’s a clip my phone made. I call it, FUN times in the sauna. Haha!
